CG Controls Management App is a solution that helps the client manage their overall operations. It automates their tasks such as client management, invoices generation, quotes, employee management, payment slips, inquiries, purchase orders, etc. With an integrated communication and reporting feature, the company can easily reach out to clients/vendors/employees and gain insight into their business.

Modules we developed
Client Management
It helps them manage both clients and vendors. The administrator can add a new client or modify an existing one. All client records can be viewed on one screen. For example, if a client is a vendor, they can be added as a vendor by simply ticking a checkbox.
Job Management
Based on the orders and requests received, jobs are created by the admin. Admin can manage jobs and assign them to their employees according to the job type.
Quotes and Job Quotes Management
It maintains the quotations for all specific parts or services of the machinery provided by the client. Job Quotes module allows generating custom quotes for customers according to their work requirements. They can save the already generated quotes for future use and export it. Hence, the admin need not construct a new quote every time they have a new customer.
Service Level Agreement Description
In this module, all service level agreements are stored. With a one-click Export Excel function, all the definitions of the agreement can be easily exported based on applied filtrations. So no paper handling jobs anymore.
Purchase Order Management
Our client can easily manage all their purchase orders with our app. For example, when they require a specific part or machine from a vendor, the admin creates a purchase order for the vendor and sends it through the system. All within minutes. In addition, the system stores all purchase orders for the admin to reuse them, if necessary.
Invoice Management
In this module, all invoices and related information are monitored. Admin can use the Invoice Management module to generate an invoice for a client, modify the existing ones, or view all past invoices.
Packing Slips Management
It tracks all deliveries of their products. The details of the product, the total cost and other shipping details of the purchaser are recorded in this module. It allows the admin to download auto-generated PDF slips.
Time Management
This is basically an employee management module. It helps employees track their work hours, work charges, and total work. With this module, employees can even log their mileage distance and work data while visiting the site. Employees may add charges accordingly on the basis of the extra mileage distance which is auto calculated by the system.
User Management
It allows the admin to define the employees’ positions and sub-roles. The admin can grant categorized users access to a particular management module based on their job roles. Super Admin, for instance, will give Admin access to the User Management Module and not the staff.
Communication
It sends emails to admin/employees/clients/vendors in case of purchase orders, invoices, and other communication requirements.
Outcome
The 360-degree tracking functionality of CG Controls Management App helps CG Controls to scale up their strategic expansion plans with real-time data tracking.
